Conditions of the contract

As in any contract, it is very important to review each of the points listed in it, in order to understand each and every one of the points listed on it. For example, it is important to know:

Start date and end of the contract.
Conditions of the extension.
Number of equipment, if it includes systems, etc.
If it includes spare parts (all, part or not included).
Number of preventive visits and deadlines between them.
Fees, updates of the same and form of payment.
